What are your Terms & Conditions?
How
does your service work?
Once you have placed an order with DigiLoad, we will arrange
for your CD or DVD collection and iPod, iPad or iPhone to
be shipped to us, where we will convert the CDs or DVDs into
MP3 or MP4 format, check song names, artist, album and genre
and load them onto your iPod. If your iPod supports artwork,
we will also add it where it exists. We'll then ship the CDs
or DVDs and iPod back to you..
Alternatively,
we can convert your CDs into mp3 format and return them to
you together with a digital backup on DVD or External Hard
Disk for you to start your own music library.

Are
my CDs or DVDs insured?
Yes, your CDs, DVDs and your iPod are fully insured against
loss or damage, both in transit and whilst in our premises.
What
is an iPod?
An iPod is an mp3 or mp4 player, which allows you to play
your own CDs or DVDs by compressing the music into mp3 or
mp4 formats respectively so that it uses less memory space.
When you’re on the move, it's a convenient way to transport
your music or movie collection – you can store thousands
of songs or movies on an iPod no bigger than a pack of cards.
What
is MP3?
(Moving Pictures Expert Group 1 Audio Layer 3) is the most
widely used format for encoded music; others include WMA (Windows
Media Audio), AAC (Advance Audio Coding), OGG Vorbis and ATRAC
(Adaptive Transform Aoustic Coding), a format used by Sony
products.
What
is MP4?
is the most widely used format for encoded videos and movies.
Typiclly, one average sized movie in MP4 format will be around
200MB to 350MB in size.

How
many songs fit onto an mp3 player?
This largely depends on the memory size of the player. Below
is a table illustrating different sized players and the number
of songs that will fit on them. Please note that this is a
rough guide, as every song has a different length of time
and therefore a different size (figures based
roughly on 320kbps encoding rate):
200
Songs |
512MB |
450
Songs |
1GB |

One
movie will take up between 300MB
and 600MB
How
do I sync my iPod with my computer?
You will find some guides on how to do this here.
What
kind of CDs or DVDs do you accept?
We only accept original pre-recorded CDs or DVDs. Any non-original
CD ROMs or DVD ROMs will be returned untouched.
What
if one of my CDs or DVDs doesn't play properly or is damaged?
We use superior hardware and software to ensure the best and
most reliable conversion of your music or movie collection.
However, we cannot guarantee that every CD or DVD will be
converted. Similarly, we cannot guarantee conversion of copy-protected
CDs or DVDs. As every CD or DVD has to go through the same
process, any faulty or copy-protected ones will still have
to be charged.
Cancellation
Policy
You can cancel your order at any time by either ringing or
emailing us. However, please note that any costs incurred
